Joining Weight Watchers Before Christmas Worked For Me!

Joining Weight Watchers before Christmas was really, really hard but here it is Christmas Eve and I have a 4.4 pound weight loss! People can expect to lost 1 to 2 pounds per week following the Weight Watchers plan!
Surrounded with fudge, cookies and every type of sweet bread imaginable, I still managed to lose weight on the Weight Watchers New PointsPlus Program: It’s the new way to lose weight by Weight Watchers®. The diet plan is so easy to follow. If you can count, you can do it!
I confess that exercise has not been part of my program. It has been much too cold here to walk (except for mall walking). Joining a gym is on the top of my New Year’s resolutions list. One member of my weekly Weight Watchers group meeting exercises 5 times a week and the weight is flying off her. She looks great too.
I love the PointsPlus program because I can eat whatever I want as long as I don’t go over my daily points allowance. I’ve said yes to some of the holiday goodies and enjoyed them because I knew I wasn’t breaking any major diet rules! It’s really freeing to know that nothing is off limits. Excitingly, all fruits and most vegetables have 0 points! You can even allow points for alcohol if you wish.
Believe me, I have tried and tried to lose weight before and the pounds just wouldn’t come off! I think I’ve finally found the right diet for me!
