Mustard Deviled Eggs are Easy Appetizers For Superbowl Revelry
Classic mustard deviled eggs are easy appetizers for Superbowl revelry. They’re simple to prepare, easy to carry to a party and so tasty they go like hot cakes! Last but not least, they are very inexpensive to make.
My favorite recipe for mustard deviled eggs:
Ingredients-
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon yellow prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon vinegar
- paprika
Place eggs in wide sauce pan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and boil 12 minutes. Drain water off.
When eggs are cool enough to handle, peel and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and put in bowl. Place whites on plate.
With fork crumble yolks and then add mayo, mustard, vinegar and dash of salt and pepper. Mix til creamy.
Put yolk mixture into plastic baggie and snip off corner tip. Pipe filling into egg white. Garnish with sprinkles of paprika.
Remember, all yolks are not the same size so if the filling does not seem creamy enough just add a bit more mayo. For a prettier presentation, place the mustard deviled eggs on a bed of lettuce leaves.
