Roasted Green Cabbage With Onion Slices for St Patricks Day
Nothing could be simpler than roasted green cabbage with onion slices for St. Patricks Day!
Simply quarter a head of cabbage
Discard the hard core
Peel and quarter 2 or 3 white onions
Slice and mix cabbage and onions together
Place on baking sheet
Sprinkle sparingly with enough olive oil to coat all slices
Salt and pepper to taste
Bake in 400 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes or until edges start to turn brown. Serve with balsamic vinegar.
