Convicted Dog Fighter Vick Reinstated in NFL

dogConvicted dog fighter, Michael Vick, has been reinstated in the National Football League as announced by the league today.

Vick was released from federal custody just one week ago. He was away from the NFL two seasons while serving a federal sentence for his part in a dogfighting operation in Virginia.

The conditional reinstatement was made by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.

Vick can participate immediately in preseason practices, workouts and meetings and can play in the final two preseason games. Of course, this depends on whether or not he can find a team that will sign him.

It was not made clear how many or if any of the dogs involved in the dog fighting case are able to play.

The convicted dog fighter,Vick, is a former Atlanta Falcon.
