Four Star General and Former Secretary of State Alexander Haig Dies
The Washington Post is reporting that four star general and former secretary of state Alexander Haig died this morning of complications resulting from an infection.
The much decorated and influential Haig died at the Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
Haig played key roles under Presidents Nixon, Ford and Reagan.
Haig was born December 2, 1924 in Philadelphia, Pa. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Patricia, three children, and eight grandchildren.
